01/20/2021: Retained Paid in Full Loans Do Not Have Access to Web Portal or Mobile App

Retained servicing customers with paid in full loans are unable to access images of their year-end statements online.  


Once loans are paid in full, customers no longer have access to the MyFairwayServicing web portal and mobile app.


 The Year End section in the Retained Servicing KnowledgeOwl will be updated with steps on how to re-print and re-send a 1098 year end statement to a different mailing address.
