The information in this newsflash applies to Interim Servicing and Transferred Servicing Loans.
Customer Experience team members should not update data elements in Encompass under any circumstances. This includes:
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Email address
Servicing should always make these changes in FICS for Interim Servicing and Transferred Servicing loans.
Once loans close and board to the FICS system, no changes to data should be made by Servicing in Encompass.
