The process to upload insurance policies for Retained Servicing Loans and request payment for premiums due has been updated in KnowledgeOwl.

This is a three step process:
- Upload Insurance Policy to ihaveinsurance.com/fairway
- Open applicable task to request disbursement of insurance premium
- Upload copy of policy to DMS
