05/10/2022: Retained Servicing $5.00 Convenience Fee for Payment by Phone is No Longer Assessed

The $5.00 Convenience Fee for retained servicing customers to process a one-time payment while speaking with a Customer Experience Specialist will no longer be assessed.  

This change applies to all loan types in the retained servicing portfolio.

System programming has been added to the Repay/Lift application to remove the assessment of this fee.
