A recent ServiceMac review of Lien Release Recording Fees (for paid off loans) determined some fees were listed incorrectly in the Black Knight MSP system. This resulted in Recording Fee overcharges (average of $10 per person) for 359 customers.
These impacted customers will receive a refund check representing any overcharged amount for the fee along with a letter of explanation. The verbiage in this explanation letter is shown below:
