11/05/19 - Web and Mobile Upgrade

The upgrade to the customer web portal www.MyFairwayServicing.com and the MyFairwayServicing mobile app was successfully installed at approximately 9:30 pm Central Time on Monday, November 4, 2019.

Payments submitted on the web and mobile app now process through the Ventanex/Lift application.  Payments processed by phone with agents and on the IVR also use Ventanex/Lift.  This makes research and maintenance of pending transactions easier, as they are now in the same application.

Web payment details are now documented on MSP under the User ID of VWP.

This enhancement should eliminate the Schema Error some customers received over the past 60 days when attempting to process mortgage payments.
