11/12/19 - Resolved: Loan Pop Information Not Matching Caller Information

An issue was reported and escalated on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 that data populating on the Loan Pop tool did not match the data for the caller that agents were speaking with.  

This issue was resolved between Five9 and ServiceMac on Thursday, November 7, 2019.  

Please notify your Manager or Lead if this issue occurs in the future.
