11/15/19 - Servicing911 Updated Procedure: Ordering Payoff Quote Faxed for Fairway Internal Loan Officer Refinance

A section for Servicing911 procedures has been added to the Retained Servicing KnowledgeOwl.  This is the beginning step of creating an online reference and training tool to store all job aids, reference material, and phone/email procedures for the Servicing911 team.


The Payoff Quote procedure has been fully updated to include the required information to input on the PAY1 – PAY4 screens and the SAF1 screen.


Specifically for Servicing911:

  • Required information to include on the PAY1 screen to ensure quotes are delivered to you 
  • How to specifically maintenance fields on the PAY2 screen to properly net escrow when requested
  • Instructions to update the Disbursement and the No Analysis stop codes on the SAF1 screen – the No Analysis stop is the new update
