A section for Servicing911 procedures has been added to the Retained Servicing KnowledgeOwl. This is the beginning step of creating an online reference and training tool to store all job aids, reference material, and phone/email procedures for the Servicing911 team.
The Payoff Quote procedure has been fully updated to include the required information to input on the PAY1 – PAY4 screens and the SAF1 screen.
