If a customer contacts Customer Experience to remove an authorized third party, complete the following steps:
Advise the customer to send a written request including the following information:
- Loan number
- Name of third party they no longer want to be authorized on the account
- Date for the revocation to be effective
Notate SERN the customer called to inquire about removing a third party authorization and was advised to send the request in writing.
