FairwayNEXT ALERT – Customers Unable to Retrieve Documents
Interim servicing customers are currently unable to access, view and download copies of documents from the FairwayNEXT website. This includes monthly billing statements and 1098 Year End Statements.
The Servicing Operations Team is working with the Fairway I.T. Team to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Servicing Training will provide status updates as additional information becomes available.
All other functionality on the FairwayNEXT website is available to users.
