April 20, 2021: Issue Sending Loan Purchase Notice Emails to Loan Officers has been Resolved

An identified technical issue has prevented delivery of the Loan Purchase Notice emails to Fairway loan officers/branch staff since late March 2021.  Fairway’s I.T. team is resolving the issue, and these emails will resume delivery to loan officers/branch staff today (April 20, 2021).

Should you receive an inquiry regarding these emails, advise the following:

  • A technical issue resulted in the temporary disruption of the distribution of these emails
  • This issue has been identified and fixed
  • Delivery of these emails will resume on Tuesday, April 20, 2021
