April 9, 2021: Bank Account Number Validation Issue in Lift is Resolved

A previously identified issue with the Lift application by REPAY® (formerly known as Ventanex) rejecting valid account numbers for customers’ checking and savings accounts has been resolved.  

Should you receive future error messages when processing one-time payments, and customers confirm their account number is valid and accurate, send an email and include the information shown below:

  • Email To: Julie Presley and CC your direct supervisor and manager
  • Subject: Valid Account Showing Invalid in REPAY
  • Body of email:
    • Loan number
    • Date you attempted to process the one-time payment
    • Screen shot of the error message received
