You may also check the status of your loan’s servicing transfer by accessing  www.FairwayNEXT.com and use the Loan Lookup feature.

Please contact your new servicer once your loan transfers to learn about all payment options they may offer.  Automatic draft and payment options vary by servicer.

If you owe a payment to Fairway before your loan transfers to a new servicer, you may process a one-time payment on www.FairwayNEXT.com, by calling our toll-free number referenced below, or by mailing a check to the address that appears on the monthly billing statement.
