01/27/2021: Customer Emails Sent to Flagstar Bank bulk sale transfer customers

Flagstar Bank mailed welcome letters to this population of customers on Friday January 22, 2021. Flagstar Bank will send an email communication to customers who have provided consent to receive emails between February 1 – 4, 2021.
Customers who have provided consent to receive email communication from Fairway and whose loans are transferring to Flagstar Bank effective February 1, 2021 will be sent a copy of the email shown below. These emails will be sent from Fairway (ServiceMac) this afternoon (01/27/2021).
There are two versions of email communication from Fairway (ServiceMac):
- The first version shown below will be sent to customers whose ACH drafting will not transfer to Flagstar Bank
- The second version shown below will be sent to customers whose ACH drafting will transfer or whose loans are not enrolled in ACH drafting

On February 1, 2021 Flagstar Bank will begin performing those loan servicing activities. On February 1, you will be responsible to make your payment directly to Flagstar Bank as per the instructions provided within the contact information section further below. After your servicing transfer, you may contact Flagstar Bank to establish an electronic payment draft.
