10/31/19 - Customers Currently Receiving Error Messages On Website and Mobile App – My Fairway Servicing

We have been advised customers may be currently receiving an error message when attempting to log in and view information on www.MyFairwayServicing.com and the My Fairway Servicing Mobile App.

The technical support team is aware of this and are working to correct this problem as soon as possible.

If customers advise they are unable to log in or view loan information, please ask them to refresh their screen.  

This should correct the issue.
