DaaS Self Serve Password Reset

Follow the steps below to self-service reset your DaaS password:

1) Access the web address “Reset.Servicemacusa.com” from another device:

  • Input your DaaS username or email address associated with your DaaS account
  • Enter the characters displayed in the picture

2) Input the phone number associated with your DaaS account for the system to authenticate you:

3) Enter the Verification Code sent via text to your phone or follow the prompts if you selected for the system to call your phone:

4) Enter and confirm your new password, and select Finish to log on to DaaS:
