December 10, 2021: Retained Servicing: Change in Customer Website Registration Process

As of Friday, December 10, 2021 the online registration requirements for retained servicing customers accessing have changed.

The Date of Birth (DOB) requirement has been removed and replaced with a requirement to input the Property Zip Code.

Authentication requirements now include: 

  • Name
  • Property Address Zip Code
  • Social Security Number
  • Email address

Note: This will not impact customers previously registered.
