The Repay system - which is used to process one-time payments for interim servicing customers - is currently unavailable.
Interim servicing customers cannot process payments through the self-service channels – IVR and FairwayNEXT website – and Customer Experience Specialists are not able to process one time payments using the Repay system.
Servicing Operations has escalated this as a priority issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
Please advise impacted customers we are aware of the system issue with our payment processing options and apologize for the inconvenience.
Servicing Training will communicate updates as more information becomes available.
