FairwayNEXT Texts

Prior to loan closing, Fairway LO’s must follow these steps in Encompass to ensure customers receive these helpful loan event texts:

  • Loan officer must obtain permission from the customer to receive status texts
  • Only the one customer whose name is listed in the first position will receive the status texts
  • Select “Yes” on the “Receive Loan Status Texts After Closing” drop-down

When answered “Yes” - Servicing Communication Authorization Form automatically generates with closing disclosures (eSigning available)

Texts customers will receive:

The Opt In for Status Texts must be selected prior to final disclosures being generated.

  • If not selected, texts from Servicing cannot be sent
  • Customers are not able to opt-in for these texts after Closing
