If customers register on FairwayNEXT using the email address they provided at closing then call and change their email address, they will no longer be able to log in using the original email address. Customers will receive the message shown below:
When this occurs, advise customers register on FairwayNEXT using the new email address. They will be able to log the following business day after the email address change is entered into FICS.
When customers log in to FairwayNEXT to make a payment, the secure session expires after 20 minutes. Instead of redirecting customers back to the Loan Lookup Screen, when this occurs a message will display advising their session has timed out and to log in again.
The previously identified issue that prevented users with multiple periods in their email domain name has been resolved. These customers will now be able to register.
