A fix has been successfully deployed to meet the increase in demand occurring with DMS.
ServiceMac Technical Support advises performance is currently optimal, and system monitoring is in place.

Retained Servicing: DMS System Slowness Has Been Reported
Some users of the Document Management System (DMS) for retained servicing loans are reporting slowness and timeouts when attempting to log in to the application.
Users are also reporting DMS is performing slower than normal.
ServiceMac is aware of these issues and has engaged their Technical Support team.
