Please disregard the newsflash published on this topic and the information shown below.
 
 Continue following the established procedure of providing the turn-around times for all cash tasks as displayed on the TSK screen in MSP.

Retained Servicing: Changes to Cash Tasks Turn-Around Times

IMPORTANT UPDATE!  This information applies to cash tasks for retained servicing loans with ServiceMac.

Cash tasks now have an estimated turn-around time of 10 – 15 business days until further notice.  This is to accommodate the increase volume and will be updated according to our needs in the future.

  • If the normal cash task turn-around time is already longer than 10 – 15 business days, it will remain at that length 
  • This update applies to the cash tasks that currently have an expected completion within 5 – 7 days or less

Please advise the customer of the estimated turn-around time when opening the cash task.  The Cash Team is working diligently through these tasks, please do not escalate if still within the turn-around time.
