Loan Pop has been updated with the following features:

New Indicators

  • State of loan (current, DELQ, BNK etc.), Offer ACH, Offer paperless, Disaster, and Serviced As


Phone Type

  • Cell, work, or home


IVR Info

This will show the agent exactly what the customer entered into the IVR when verifying
