Information on this page applies to Retained Servicing Loans.

Within 3 - 7 business days of their loan closing, Retained Servicing customers will receive the Fairway Welcome Email.  The content of the email is shown below.

If customers provided consent to receive email communication, they will receive this welcome communication only in electronic format.  No welcome letter is mailed to Retained Servicing customers who consent to receive email communication.

If customers did not provide consent to receive email communication, this information will be mailed to the customers' mailing address on file.

As your mortgage servicer, we are responsible for the management of your loan activity including payment processing, tax and insurance payments (if applicable), maintaining your home loan records and it is our goal to keep you informed through your monthly billing statement as well as our customer website MyFairwayServicing.com and mobile app.

Accessing My Loan Information

We are setting up your home loan records on our systems This process takes approximately two weeks. Currently, you do have the option to perform early registration on our customer website MyFairwayServicing.com and mobile app.

When your home loan records are established, you will have multiple communication tools and self-service options available to you through MyFairwayServicing.com, our automated phone system, and your monthly billing statement.
