Search for Same Day Pending Payment in Lift/Ventanex

Information on this page applies to Interim Servicing and Servicing 911.

Access the Reporting data in Lift/Ventanex to search for payments that have been accepted and are pending processing.  

Examples of when to perform this search include:

  • Customers processed a payment on the IVR or FairwayNext.com same business day and are inquiring if the payment was accepted, as they do not see the due date change on the same business day 
  • Customers processed a payment after cut-off time (3:00 p.m. Central) on the previous business day and are inquiring if the payment will process
  • Customers processed a payment on a non-business day (weekend or holiday) and are inquiring if the payment will process
  • Customers are within the two to three business day processing timeframe and are inquiring if the payment will process

Click on Reporting

  • Transaction
  • Listing


Transaction Listing search box will appear

  • Input the Reference Number (Confirmation Number) to search for the  pending transaction

Results of the query will appear

  • Input the Reference Number (Confirmation Number) to search for the  pending transaction

Pending Presentment: Payment has been accepted in Lift/Ventanex and in process of depositing and posting to the loan

  • Advise customers the payment has been accepted and is in the process of being deposited to their mortgage loan.  In this instance, customers should see the funds debited from their checking or savings account within 1 to 3 business days of the Transaction Date

Deposited: Funds have been deposited and posted to the mortgage loan

  • Advise customers the payment has been accepted.  In this instance, funds have been debited from their checking or savings account and posted to their mortgage loan
