Payment Methods

Customers may remit monthly payments by one of the following methods:


Payment by check:

  • Use monthly billing statement to mail check made payable to Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation

  • Customers should write their loan number on the memo section of the check



Payment by phone:

  • Customers may call toll-free (800) 201-7544 and process a payment by using the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) automated phone system 24 hours a day

or 

  • Speak with a Customer Experience Specialist during normal business  hours of 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Time Monday – Friday
  • No processing fee is assessed for processing a payment by phone
  • Payments processed before 3:00 p.m. Central Time on a business day will be effective the same day
  • Payments processed after 3:00 p.m. Central time or on a non-business day (weekend or holiday) will be effective the next business day


Payment online:

  • Customers may visit www.FairwayNEXT.com and log in to their account to make a one-time mortgage payment 24 hours a day
  • No processing fee is assessed for processing a payment online
  • Payments processed before 3:00 p.m. Central Time on a business day will be effective the same day
  • Payments processed after 3:00 p.m. Central time or on a non-business day (weekend or holiday) will be effective the next business day


Payment Options Not Available During Interim Servicing:

  • Partial payments are not accepted
  • Recurring monthly ACH auto draft
  • Bi weekly payments
  • 3rd party bill pay and bank bill pay are strongly discouraged 


Customers should contact their new servicer/subservicer once their loan transfers for all available monthly payments available to them at that time.  


Payment options vary by servicer/subservicer.  All servicers/subservicers do not offer the same payment options and may assess processing fees for certain payment options.
