Confirm if the loan is a renovation loan and if there is a renovation balance (if applicable) by viewing the Renovation Management screen in Encompass.
- Select the Forms tab
- Check the boxes “Show in Alpha Order” and “Show All”
- Select “Renovation Management”
Search the eFolder in Encompass for Renovation Draw Documents. These documents will have the approved bid for the contractor and closing documents to confirm a renovation loan.
