April 10, 2022: REPAY System: Please Log Out and Log Back In

Team members in both the interim servicing and the retained servicing contact centers are reporting issues processing one-time payments through the REPAY system.  

The issue has been identified, and users who are unable to successfully process payments should log out of REPAY, close the browser window, and log back in to the application.  This should correct the issues.

This issue is not impacting self-service payment processing options.
