  • Please do not place support line calls for other users as this allows Service Delivery to work directly with the team member needing assistance
  • If callers experience a hold time of 3 minutes a callback option will be presented – an option to leave a voicemail is not available

The Service Delivery team at ServiceMac implemented phone support for password resets and systems issues.  Please begin utilizing the Service Delivery Support Line for help from ServiceMac on any retained servicing internal system or application (Black Knight MSP, DMS, Five9 for Retained Servicing, Lift for Retained Servicing, etc.)

Important Note: This support line is for internal employee use only and is not for retained servicing customers experiencing technical issues with the web portal or mobile app.  

  • Retained servicing customers should always call Customer Experience toll-free (877) 297-5350 for all questions or issues 
  • Customer Experience team members will follow established procedures to assist customers encountering technical issues
