Unique Process and System Differences with Reverse Mortgages

The closed reverse mortgage loans have unique differences in the process and system flows including:

  • Two Loan Origination Systems (LOSs) – these loans will originate in both Encompass and Quantum. Some processes will rely on one or both of those LOS systems. 

The originations loan number used will match in both Encompass and Quantum.

  • Interim Servicing performed by Celink Reverse subservicer – these reverse mortgages will not be interim serviced by Fairway and never board/move to FICS our interim servicing system – FICS. 

Celink owns a proprietary reverse mortgage servicing system called ReverseServ.
